Leadership Team
Greg has more than 30 years combined management experience, including wine sales and malt beverage distribution. He has six years of general management experience with malt beverage distributors in the western and central United States. For three years, Greg served as the manager of Distributor Development for a major U.S. domestic brewer. He has worked as a management consultant for suppliers and beverage distributors from coast-to-coast.
As president, Greg is involved in all of Tamarron’s services, specializing in building supplier relationships, strategic planning and assisting clients in improving the supplier/distributor network. Greg specifically focuses on adding value to the three-tier structure, identifying industry evolution and positioning our supplier and distributor customers to maximize their industry positions and work effectively together.
Greg received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
Lori has more than 24 years experience in finance and strategic planning and analysis, with 16 of those years in the beverage industry. Lori’s significant beverage distribution industry experience has been working with clients on projects involving strategic planning, supplier and distributor standards development, portfolio management, business valuations, and supplier and distributor training.  She also spearheads the direction, development and production of Tamarron’s Malt Beverage Supplier Performance Survey and Portfolio Management program and support materials.
Lori is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Albion College and an MBA with a dual specialization in Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado.
Bob has more than 30 years experience in management, operations, accounting, finance and administration, primarily in the beverage distribution industry. He has served in senior management roles in malt beverage distributorships in major markets in California and Illinois. He specializes in assisting clients with structuring and negotiating merger and acquisition contracts, budgeting and financial performance analysis, financial decision-making and operations management. Specifically, he has been instrumental in numerous business merger, acquisition & divestiture, valuation, budgeting, and transition management engagements. In addition, he has successfully assisted many clients in securing needed funding from financial institutions for business, brand and real estate acquisitions.
Bob received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Accounting from Purdue University.
Mike has 10+ years experience in the alcohol beverage industry with Tamarron.  Mike brings experience in business development, project management and financial analysis.  Mike works closely with Tamarron's consultant team on our Performance Surveys and Developing/Measuring Performance Standards lines of business.  Specifically, Mike is responsible for all Retail Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction surveys, and is closely involved in the production of Tamarron’s Malt Beverage Supplier Performance Survey.  He also has extensive experience in the spirits industry through his work on various projects involving developing and measuring supplier and distributor execution standards.
Mike received an MBA and MSF from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business in March 2003. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Emory University.
Karyn brings to Tamarron an extensive background in financial and business analysis,  as well as strategic marketing and business development experience.  Karyn joined the company in June 2007 and works closely with the Tamarron consultant team on business valuation projects, financial analysis, and survey management.
Karyn received an MBA-Finance from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business in June 2007.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Maryland.
Jenny joined the Tamarron team in July 2010 and is in charge of the general office administration.  Jenny plays an integral role in assisting Tamarron’s partners and business consultants on company projects which include the Independent Council on 3-tier Dynamics and the Operations Leadership Council.   
Jenny holds a BA in Communications from Pacific Lutheran University and has a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University.
